Throughout two decades of building custom instruments Scala became convinced that such a combination of nitro finishes and oiled necks creates a more responsive instrument with quite amazing sound qualities. This aged Underdog sports a proprietary set of fine tuned Arcane USA pickups, as well as Scala’s Endless Fret slotting design, and a chambered body featuring their unique Sound Vents design. The rear inlayed aluminum sound plates, choice of woods and finish along with the rest of the Underdog’s custom personality is a token of Scala’s passion towards delivering an experience of a lifetime.
